Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of Business Analysis experience within E-commerce and Retail domains.
  • Mandatory experience with Shopify+ backend integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of retail transformation and business process change management.
  • Proven ability to work across multiple business functions in complex enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation capabilities.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced transformation programs.

Shopify+ & Backend Integration Experience

  • Strong experience working with Shopify+ backend integrations is mandatory.
  • Experience integrating Shopify with PIM tools, pricing systems, tax engines, ERP platforms, and related retail systems.
  • Define and document integration requirements, data mapping, workflows, and validation logic.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration delivery and testing.
  • Support troubleshooting and validation of integration-related issues.

Retail & Business Domain Expertise

  • Strong understanding of retail and eCommerce operational workflows.
  • Experience working closely with Finance, Customer Services, Warehouse Management, Website Merchandising, and Customer Loyalty teams.
  • Understanding of Order-to-Cash, fulfilment, pricing, inventory, returns, promotions, and customer lifecycle processes.
  • Experience supporting the establishment of EU Legal Entities and associated operational/business process impacts is highly desirable.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Act as a key liaison between business users, delivery teams, and external vendors.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution walkthroughs.
  • Ensure business alignment and obtain formal sign-off on requirements and process changes.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and go-live readiness activities.

Key Responsibilities – Business Analysis & Transformation

  • Lead requirements gathering workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Analyse and document current-state and future-state business processes during eCommerce platform transformation.
  • Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements through design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Support business process redesign aligned with operational and commercial objectives.
  • Work closely with project managers, architects, developers, QA teams, and third-party vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in global retail transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to ERP, OMS, CRM, and supply chain systems.
