BI Analyst – E-commerce
Manchester | Hybrid – 2 days in the office
We’re looking for a BI Analyst to join a growing Data team and play a key role in turning data into commercial decisions.
Working closely with our Revenue Management and Data teams, you’ll use SQL and Tableau to uncover trends, spot opportunities and help optimise revenue and performance across a fast-paced e-commerce business.
What you’ll be doing
- Use SQL to extract, manipulate and analyse large datasets.
- Build engaging, interactive Tableau dashboards that bring data to life.
- Monitor key commercial and revenue performance metrics.
- Identify trends and opportunities that can improve business performance.
- Partner with teams across the business to support data-driven decision making.
- Present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

What we’re looking for
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases.
- Solid Tableau experience, with a passion for effective data visualisation.
- A naturally analytical and curious mindset.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
- Experience with Power BI, Looker or Google Data Studio would be a bonus.
