Business Analyst
Location: London - hybrid 3x a week in office
Salary: Up to £80,000 + bonus

- Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions to understand challenges and opportunities
- Mapping and improving business processes, workflows, and operating models
- Conducting root cause analysis and defining business problems
- Supporting governance activities, business cases, and benefits tracking
- Assessing opportunities for automation and AI-enabled process improvements
- Producing requirements documentation, process maps, user stories, and recommendations
- Working closely with project managers, technology teams, and business stakeholders to support delivery
- Supporting innovation initiatives from early discovery through to investment approval
- Presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience as a Business Analyst within transformation, change, or strategic programmes
- Proven ability to gather requirements and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience facilitating workshops and leading discovery activities
- Strong process mapping and business process improvement expertise
- Experience introducing or working within governance frameworks
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience developing business cases, recommendations, and supporting documentation
- Professional services experience is welcomed but not essential
- Experience within banking is not required for this role
