(Please note: This is a very specific and time-sensitive contract hire, therefore we’re only able to consider candidates that meet all of the requirements and are available to start within a notice period of 2 weeks max)
Role: Business Analyst
Rate: £340 p,d (Inside IR35)
Client: Public Sector
Location: Remote w/ 1 day per month onsite in Blackpool
Clearance: Must have Active SC
Duration: Initial 3-month contract with likely extension

Futureheads is partnered with a leading tech consultancy that specialises in delivering complex and high-impact projects within central government.
They’re looking for a BA with prior gov experience; somebody who can hit the ground running and join a significant ongoing programme of work with one of their biggest clients.
Essential Requirements:
- Effective stakeholder engagement
- Experience of working in a security-conscious environment
- Able to lead workshops, meetings, interviews and focus group sessions to elicit and understand business problems, requirements, processes, and user needs.
- Worked as the BA in teams where a solution is being bought/procured rather than built by the team.
- Collaborated with BAs across multiple teams
- Contributions to a BA community of practice.
- Prior gov / public sector project experience
- Active SC
