Business Analyst
A leading global organisation is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a collaborative product and technology team working on innovative software solutions within a highly regulated environment.
In this role, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to translate business needs into clear requirements and ensuring successful delivery of software products. You will work closely with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Software Engineers, QA professionals, and DevOps teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, release planning, sprint reviews and other Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to assess solution options, risks and business impacts.
- Ensure proposed solutions meet both business objectives and technical requirements.
- Work closely with development, testing and operations teams to support successful product delivery and user adoption.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, standards and best practices.

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst within software development environments.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proven track record of supporting the successful delivery of software products.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements and ambiguity.
- Experience in regulated industries would be advantageous.
- Exposure to clinical trial technologies, such as EDC or eCOA platforms, would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of regulated environments and compliance frameworks is desirable.
