About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Hackajob Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining our platform to ensure a seamless experience for users. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software development, preferably in web or platform-based applications.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar.
  • Experience with modern frameworks and libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Familiarity with cloud services and deployment pipelines (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Understanding of database systems such as SQL, NoSQL, or Graph databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient software solutions to support platform features and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards and share best practices across the team.
  • Identify and troubleshoot bugs or performance issues, providing timely resolutions.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our platform.
  • Assist in deploying updates and new features, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
  • Contribute to the overall technical strategy and architecture of the platform.
