Business Analyst required for a fast-paced and evolving global events management company who have a progressive and friendly working culture. This Business Analyst role requires someone with strong change management / process management experience and you will join as a valued member of a small team.
A major part of the role will be collaboration, so you will need to be an outgoing communicator who is capable of working with both technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders. You’ll have the backing of a positive and supportive management team, in a diverse and inclusive culture which focuses on taking care of the wellbeing of their staff, as well as providing great work challenges and career progression. You will be writing user stories for the dev team, so prior experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar position writing user stories is a hard requirement, although you do not need to be hugely technical.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
