Risk Business Analyst
Specialty Insurance | London
A specialty insurance firm is seeking a Risk Business Analyst to support a three-phase change programme, translating regulatory and functional requirements into practical data, technology, governance and behavioural outcomes.
The Role
- Work across all or part of a three-phase programme, bridging regulatory/functional requirements and delivery
- Translate requirements into data and technology solutions
- Shape governance frameworks to support the change
- Drive behavioural adoption of new ways of working across the business
- Act as a link between risk, regulatory stakeholders and delivery teams

What We're Looking For

- Business analysis experience within insurance (specialty/Lloyd's market a plus)
- Strong grasp of regulatory and risk requirements
- Comfortable working across data, technology and governance workstreams
- Experience supporting large-scale, multi-phase change programmes
