At Zenith

At Zenith, we've been leading the transition to sustainable vehicle solutions for over 30 years. As the UK's largest independent vehicle solutions provider, we're proud of our people, our award-winning service, and our bold ambitions to make mobility smarter, greener, and better for everyone. We're powered by people, driven by innovation, and committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our Group Change & Transformation team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to be extended or become permanent. In this role, you'll help shape customer and colleague experiences across the organisation by analysing current journeys, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the delivery of customer-centric change that drives operational efficiency and business value.

You'll work closely with business stakeholders and Continuous Improvement colleagues to understand end-to-end processes, facilitate workshops, document current and future state journeys, and support informed decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving meaningful improvements that enhance customer outcomes and colleague experiences across Zenith.

What's The Role

  • Facilitate workshops to capture and document end-to-end customer and colleague journeys
  • Identify pain points, inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Create and maintain current and future state journey maps and process documentation
  • Gather, analyse and document business needs and improvement opportunities
  • Analyse process volumes, transaction data and operational performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Work with Continuous Improvement colleagues to understand root causes and support solution design
  • Produce clear analysis artefacts and communicate recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
