CMC Markets is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the continued development of our Pega CRM platform. You’ll translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and help deliver customer-centric solutions across customer onboarding, customer servicing, financial crime, and operational workflows.
Working within Agile delivery squads, you’ll collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, Solution Architects, Developers, QA, and operational teams to improve processes, enhance customer experience, and support regulatory and compliance requirements.
What you’ll be doing
- Engage with stakeholders to understand, analyse, and document business and operational requirements.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Analyse customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA to ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively delivered.
- Support the delivery of CRM capabilities across onboarding, servicing, financial crime, and operational workflows.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support impact assessments and coordinate User Acceptance Testing.
- Create and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams, and supporting artefacts using tools such as Miro, Visio, or Figma.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across business processes and customer journeys.
- Ensure solutions align with business requirements, governance, and regulatory standards.

What you’ll bring
- Experience working as a Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Experience with collaboration and process modelling tools such as Miro, Visio, or Figma.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.

It would also be beneficial if you have:
- Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Pega.
- An understanding of APIs, JSON, XML, system integrations, and enterprise applications.
- Awareness of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Business Analysis, Agile, or Pega certifications.
