Business Analyst Opportunity
Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to support a programme covering automated payments, new meter-reading technology and a migration from Mitel to Vonage. You will complete discovery across the client’s site estate, define which locations and users fall within scope, and produce the documentation needed to move each workstream into delivery. The initial focus is estate discovery and telephony migration.

- Lead discovery sessions across the client’s site estate to understand the technology currently in use.
- Identify which sites, systems, users and telephone numbers need to be included in each workstream.
- Document the current environment, dependencies, constraints and gaps.
- Define clear inclusion and exclusion criteria for the programme.
- Gather and validate business, operational and technical requirements.
- Produce process maps, requirements documents, site inventories and other project artefacts.
- Maintain traceability between discovery findings, requirements and delivery decisions.
- Work with site teams, technical specialists, suppliers and programme stakeholders to resolve gaps.
- Coordinate the data and business activity required to port telephone numbers from Mitel to Vonage.
- Track migration readiness, risks, dependencies and outstanding actions through to completion.
