We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team.
The Business Analyst acts as a vital conduit between business stakeholders and technical teams. The core focus is on conducting thorough 'As-Is' process discovery and mapping the revised processes that result from bespoke application development by the Business Tools squad. By translating operational needs into actionable requirements and utilizing AI agents to support the analysis workflow, this role ensures that technology solutions are modern, collaborative, and geared toward optimizing operational efficiency.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Process Operations Manager who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you’ll bring to the role
- Demonstrated Process Mastery: A proven track record in business process analysis, mapping, and the creation of meticulous 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' documentation.
- The 'Spreadsheet Decoder' Mindset: Exceptional ability to audit complex spreadsheets (formulas, macros, data tracking habits) and reverse-engineer them into functional business logic.
- Facilitation & Discovery Excellence: Highly skilled at leading interviews, observation sessions, and interactive workshops to uncover true business needs and unwritten operational steps, navigating ambiguity to clarify requirements even when documentation is scarce.
- Agile Collaboration: Experience working directly alongside Product Owners and Developers to translate complex operational habits into structured, clear technical specifications and user stories.
- Operational Versatility: Proven capability to juggle multiple parallel projects, coordinating effectively with large stakeholder groups and maintaining momentum across competing priorities.
- Empathy & Change Management: A patient, collaborative approach to guiding non-technical users through the transition away from familiar legacy tools.
- Delivery & Professional Standards: Target-driven and focused on solution delivery; maintains an understanding of data governance frameworks and ITIL processes to ensure solutions are scalable and compliant.
- Experience with Archimate for process mapping is desirable.
