Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Understand business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with developers, testers, project managers, and business teams.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Perform data analysis to support business decisions.
- Support UAT/testing, validate solutions, and resolve requirement-related issues.
- Track requirements and changes using tools such as Jira or Confluence.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Support process improvement and implementation of new systems or solutions.

- Strong business and data analysis skills.
- Good knowledge of SQL and Excel.
- Experience with Power BI/Tableau is preferred.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart or similar tools.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.
- Previous experience in Business Analysis, Product, Project, or Data-related roles is advantageous.
