Business Analyst - Clinical Trials Software
Looking for an opportunity to bridge the gap between technology and healthcare while helping shape the future of healthcare software?
R&D Partners is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to collaborate with product management and technical teams in the development of software solutions for clinical trials. This role requires a proactive individual who can translate business needs into actionable plans while ensuring user satisfaction and technical compatibility.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with product managers and technical teams to understand project needs.
- Break down requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with the scrum master to assess task sizes and potential risks.
- Participate in planning sessions, including release planning, sprint planning, and backlog reviews.
- Identify practical solutions for both technical and business challenges.
- Partner with software engineers, quality assurance teams, and operations to ensure smooth implementation and user satisfaction.
- Follow established procedures and best practices to maintain high standards.

Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience as a business analyst delivering software products.
- Ability to work effectively in situations with limited information or clarity.
- Knowledge of software development for clinical trials, such as EDC (Electronic Data Capture) or eCOA (Electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment), is preferred.
- Understanding of regulatory environments like 21 CFR Part 11 is a plus.
