Business Analyst - Insurance Technology

An innovative organisation in the insurance technology space is looking for a Business Analyst. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conducting analysis of business processes and procedures to determine the most effective technology solutions.
  • Leading workshops and design meetings to gather detailed business requirements from key stakeholders.
  • Translating business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and comprehensive documentation.
  • Collaborating with development and product teams to ensure accurate implementation and eliminate technical vagaries.
  • Participating in the testing phase, including reviewing QA test coverage and assisting with user acceptance testing.

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst specifically within the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Project Life Cycle and Agile development and testing principles.
  • Technical proficiency, with specific experience in JSON or other coding languages being highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage requirements, develop use cases, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
