Business Analyst
An innovative organisation in the national contracting and property services space is looking for a Business Analyst. This role supports the delivery of business-critical cloud migration, digital transformation, and operational improvement projects within a responsive maintenance environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading business analysis activities across cloud migration and digital transformation projects.
- Engaging with operational and technical stakeholders to capture business requirements and identify improvement opportunities.
- Documenting current-state processes, systems, applications, integrations, and business workflows.
- Conducting application discovery, impact assessments, and migration readiness activities.
- Facilitating stakeholder workshops and producing business cases, process maps, and user stories.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in technology, digital transformation, or operational change projects.
- Experience supporting cloud migration, application migration, or business transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and the full project lifecycle.
- Knowledge of application discovery, systems integration, and IT environments.
- Legally authorized to work in the UK and possession of a full driving licence.
