Business Analyst - Liquidlogic Specialist
Are you an experienced Business Analyst or Liquidlogic specialist looking for a role where you can make an immediate impact? Join our Adult Social Care team and help deliver critical system improvements that support frontline practitioners, enhance service delivery, and contribute to better outcomes for residents across our communities.
About the Role
Adult Social Care is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Shared Care Information Systems (SCIS) Team. The team delivers system developments, enhancements and upgrades that support statutory social care services. This role will focus primarily on developing, configuring and supporting our core Liquidlogic case management systems and associated processes.
You will join an established programme of work and contribute from the outset. Working closely with stakeholders, you will gather requirements, analyse business processes, design effective solutions and implement system developments. The role also includes configuring Liquidlogic, supporting users, identifying efficiencies, and ensuring systems meet operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
You must be able to:
- Apply Business Analysis methodologies, tools and techniques to identify requirements, improve processes and successfully deliver system change initiatives.
- Configure, develop and implement changes within Liquidlogic systems, ensuring solutions are robust, effective and aligned with business needs.
- Communicate confidently with senior leaders, frontline practitioners, software suppliers and IT colleagues, building productive working relationships throughout.
- Translate complex technical and business information into clear, accessible language that can be understood by diverse audiences.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency, redesign processes and develop practical solutions that address complex operational challenges effectively.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, attending Eastbourne or Lewes offices a minimum of one day per week.

Requirements
Please note: This position requires significant experience in Business Analysis and/or Liquidlogic systems. It is not suitable for entry-level applicants or individuals without relevant professional experience.
