About the Role
As a Business Analyst you will support our Wholesaler Replacement project by reviewing and improving business processes, gathering and analysing requirements, and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead collaboration with stakeholders, including front-line colleagues and project teams, to map, review, and analyse business processes using a range of business analysis techniques.
- Gather and analyse insights to identify opportunities for improvement, challenge existing ways of working, and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Present clear, data-driven findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders, to support informed decision-making.
- Support the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses for strategic improvement initiatives.
- Assist with the testing, implementation, and evaluation of new processes and solutions, monitoring outcomes and supporting change adoption.
- Produce and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track progress and support data-led decision-making.
- Create and maintain clear process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides to support colleagues and ensure consistency of practice.

We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience applying business analysis methodologies and techniques to assess, prioritise and test process improvement opportunities.
- Extensive experience producing detailed process documentation and developing compelling business cases.
- Strong commercial awareness with a sound understanding of business operations, processes, and relevant industry standards.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead collaborative workshops and transform data and insights into practical, value-driven recommendations.
This is a full-time position working 35 hours per week on a 4 month fixed-term contract starting in October. The role will require occasional travel typically a few times per month to PDSA sites for visits or team meetings.
