We're working with a leading financial institution undergoing a major technology and business transformation. They are seeking a talented Business Analyst to contribute to complex change initiatives, defining requirements and supporting the delivery of strategic technology solutions.
The Role
- Elicit, analyse, document, and manage complex business and solution requirements across large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements, validate solutions, and build consensus.
- Produce key analysis artefacts including process maps, user stories, data models, acceptance criteria, and business cases.
- Conduct current and future state analysis, impact assessments, and business process improvement activities.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Development, and Testing teams to define, prioritise, and manage product backlogs.
- Support the successful delivery of technology and business change initiatives through effective stakeholder engagement and requirements traceability.

What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Banking or Financial Services environments.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process modelling, business analysis methodologies, and stakeholder management.
- Expertise in at least one of the following: Financial Crime, ERP, Data Business Analysis, Risk & Collateral Management, Financial Markets & Post-Trade Operations, or CRM.
- Experience working across Agile, Product-led, and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
- Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and detailed analysis artefacts.
- Current SC Security Clearance is required for this role.
