Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant professional certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, or AWS
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT roles, including system administration, network management, or software development
- Strong technical knowledge across various platforms and tools

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud solutions

- Monitor system performance, identify issues proactively, and implement necessary improvements
- Document system configurations, procedures, and policies for ongoing maintenance and compliance
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and data security initiatives to safeguard company assets
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members to foster a knowledgeable team environment
