Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, or AWS
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT roles, including system administration, network management, or software development
  • Strong technical knowledge across various platforms and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Adaptability
  • Commitment to continuous learning

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud solutions
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure optimal system performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy new technology solutions
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues proactively, and implement necessary improvements
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and policies for ongoing maintenance and compliance
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and data security initiatives to safeguard company assets
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members to foster a knowledgeable team environment
