Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of [X] years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), MS Office Suite, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates is highly desirable. Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth scheduling process.
- Maintain and update candidate database to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating communication between new hires and relevant departments.
- Participate in client meetings to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidate recommendations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
