Acting as the strategic bridge between overarching business goals and technology solutions, the Business Analyst will drive real, actionable change.
Daily Responsibilities
- Mapping out current and future-state processes
- Identifying bottlenecks
- Shaping compelling ROI models
Utilising expertise in BPMN 2.0, Data Modelling, and emerging AI concepts, the chosen candidate will design innovative solutions and guide them through the full project lifecycle. From liaising with digital engineering teams to coordinating user training, they will ensure seamless implementation and exceptional service quality across the board.

Requirements
We are seeking an innovative problem-solver with a passion for great execution. The ideal candidate will bring over five years of relevant domain experience, possessing a deep understanding of multi-site retail enterprise systems spanning Food, Operations, HR, and Finance. Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Miro is essential, alongside the communication skills necessary to influence stakeholders at all levels. Independent, strategic thinkers who adapt quickly to change and communicate with clarity will find this an ideal environment to help drive a global business forward.
