About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Hackajob Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our platform to ensure a seamless experience for both job seekers and employers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions, implement new features, and optimize existing functionalities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products that meet user needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in full-stack development, with proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to project management.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and features to enhance the Hackajob platform.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and deliver solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge within the team.
- Identify and troubleshoot bugs or performance issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative technologies to improve the platform.
- Assist in the deployment and monitoring of applications in cloud environments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows.
