The Opportunity
As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement, supporting business transformation initiatives, and ensuring business needs are translated into effective solutions.
You'll work closely with stakeholders at all levels, gathering requirements, analysing data and processes, and contributing to projects that support the continued success and growth of ABS Commercial Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from key stakeholders.
- Review existing business processes and identify opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Produce process maps, business requirement documents, functional specifications, and supporting documentation.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments.
- Work alongside project teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation activities.
- Analyse business data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Build strong working relationships across multiple departments.
- Support business change and transformation initiatives from concept through to delivery.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience in a Business Analyst role
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Experience Gathering And Documenting Business Requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Process mapping and business process improvement experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable
- Experience working within commercial, professional services, financial services, or technology environments.
- Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Business Analysis qualification such as BCS, IIBA, or equivalent.
- Experience supporting business change, transformation, or digital projects.
