Business Analyst (E-Commerce & Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Spalding, Lincolnshire - Office Based

£45,000 - £55,000 + Holiday + Pension

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and e-commerce projects, looking to play a key role in a large-scale digital transformation programme where you can work closely with senior stakeholders and influence the successful delivery of business-critical systems and customer-facing platforms?

This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning technology consultancy delivering innovative digital transformation projects across both public and private sector organisations. You will be joining a collaborative and fast-paced environment focused on modernising business processes and driving operational improvements through technology.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering and documenting requirements, analysing business processes, and ensuring business needs are translated into clear functional solutions. A major focus of the position will be supporting the implementation and integration of e-commerce platforms with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The Role

  • Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements
  • Lead stakeholder workshops and facilitate business discussions
  • Support the implementation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Analyse current and future business processes, producing process maps and gap analyses
  • Work closely with development, testing and project delivery teams
  • Support UAT, change management and user adoption activities

The Person

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital transformation programmes
  • Experience delivering projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online customer journeys
  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, user stories and process mapping
  • Desirable experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Visio, BPMN or system integrations
