Business Analyst – Records Management & Remediation

We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst with Records Management and Remediation experience to join one of our Global Insurance Clients on a 6-month contract.

Please note this role is Inside IR35 and adhoc travel to London.

You will be responsible for leading business analysis, controls development, operating model design, and supplier transformation activities across the Remediation Programme. This role drives remediation, system uplift, governance controls, supplier risk reviews, and vendor consolidation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Significant experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex transformation programmes.
  • Experience coordinating business SMEs, technical resources, and third-party vendors.
  • Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and operating model design.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and testing control frameworks.
  • Experience supporting system selection, implementation, and enhancement programmes.
  • Experience conducting supplier risk assessments and vendor governance reviews.
  • Knowledge of Records Management, Data Governance, Retention, or Information Governance programmes.
  • Understanding of legal hold, defensible destruction, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of PII handling and information security principles is desirable.
