Description

If you're a Business Analyst with some years of experience under your belt and seek a bigger role, read on!

As a Business Analyst at Ohpen you would play one of the more important roles in solving the vital challenges in front of us. Thanks to your ability to speak the language of our clients as well as our software developers, you will become the connecting piece between both these worlds.

Briefing

As BA you’d be working with cloud-based SaaS solution, Open's Core Banking Engine and act as connection between our clients & development teams, for everything connected to solution offering.

There is a lot to learn about our core-banking product, business, and challenges we’re facing each day. Your motivation and learning curve will be tested, but what’s coming next is the opportunity to showcase your drive and enjoy that bigger role you were hoping for.

You will understand the wishes of customers and fit them to Open's current product portfolio, as you’ll be translating functional requirements into the technical ones. Together with this, you’ll be able to advise the customers on their processes to better their whole experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
