Business Analyst

Up to £70k
Edinburgh (Hybrid)

Are you a Business Analyst with experience in digital transformation who enjoys working closely with clients to solve complex business challenges? Maxwell Bond are partnered with an award-winning digital transformation consultancy looking for a Business Analyst.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll lead discovery activities, run stakeholder workshops, gather and analyse requirements, and translate complex business and user needs into practical digital solutions. You'll also help define digital roadmaps and, across delivery projects, take on Product Owner responsibilities including prioritisation and scope definition.

What you'll do as a Business Analyst:

  • Map current and future-state processes and user journeys, producing discovery reports, backlogs and supporting documentation.
  • Manage senior stakeholders, conflicting requirements and scope, communicating complex information to non-technical audiences.
  • Help shape digital transformation strategies and roadmaps, working closely with Product Owners, along with research, design, technical and delivery teams.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst, product owner or similar, with hands-on experience across digital transformation and discovery.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and ability to gather requirements, mapping processes and user journeys.
  • Product Owner experience would be advantageous, particularly around roadmaps, prioritisation and scope.
