Business Analyst (Data & Platform Transformation – Operations CLM)
Working with a leading international banking client based in London to secure the services of an Operations CLM Business analyst. Hybrid role with a budget of up to £650 a day umbrella.
Role Overview
Business Analyst to support an EMEA-wide strategic re-platforming programme across core finance and markets platforms.
The programme introduces significant data, identifier, and integration impacts into Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), requiring structured migration, remediation, and design alignment.
The BA will operate at the intersection of:
- Strategic re-platforming programme team
- Data Management Office (DMO)
- CLM (Fenergo) platform and stakeholders
The role combines business analysis, data analysis, and delivery support, with a strong emphasis on cross-platform data coherence and identifier strategy.

Key Objectives
- Ensure CLM alignment with enterprise data changes driven by re-platforming
- Deliver accurate, controlled data migration into Fenergo for Phase 1
- Drive structured identifier (e.g. GCIF) analysis and rationalisation
- Support CLM platform changes required to accommodate new enterprise data model
- Establish foundations for Phase 2 transformation
Core Responsibilities
- Act as CLM-focused BA within a wider enterprise transformation
- Work closely with:
- Data Management Office (critical relationship)
- Programme architecture and design teams
- CLM platform and business stakeholders
- Ensure end-to-end data consistency across platforms
- Own analysis across:
- Data models
- Identifier structures
- Migration and reconciliation
- Support delivery execution alongside analysis

Essential
- Strong BA experience in:
- Enterprise data programmes
- Multi-platform transformation environments
- Proven ability to:
- Work across architecture, data, and delivery teams
- Translate enterprise design into system-level requirements
- Strong data capability:
- Data modelling
- Data lineage and mapping
- Identifier / reference data management
- Excellent stakeholder engagement across business, DMO, and technology
Desirable
- Working knowledge of Fenergo
- Experience with:
- Markets platforms (e.g. Murex)
- Finance systems (e.g. General Ledger)
- CLM / KYC environments
- Exposure to:
- Data governance frameworks
- Large-scale migration and reconciliation tooling.
