Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flow documents.
- Work with business teams, developers, testers, and project managers.
- Analyze business data and prepare reports and dashboards.
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements.
- Participate in meetings, requirement discussions, and project planning.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate solutions against business requirements.
- Track requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare presentations and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of business processes and requirement gathering.
- Knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, or other data-analysis tools.
- Familiarity with BRD, FRD, user stories, process mapping, and UAT.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to convert business needs into clear requirements.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
- Freshers: Strong academic projects, analytical skills, and knowledge of Excel/SQL/Power BI are beneficial.
- Experienced candidates: Relevant experience in business analysis, requirements management, data analysis, or project environments is preferred.
