Job Title
As part of a large-scale Field Service Management (FSM) rollout, we're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with operational teams, programme stakeholders, technology partners and delivery teams to ensure business requirements are understood, documented and translated into effective solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile transformation programme that will impact frontline operations, customer service delivery and mobile workforce efficiency across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse and document business requirements from a range of stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops to capture current and future state processes.
- Create and maintain business requirements documents, user stories, process maps and functional specifications.
- Work closely with product owners, project managers, architects and implementation partners to support solution design.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and ways of working.
- Support gap analysis between existing business processes and future platform capabilities.
- Assist with business change activities, including stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Support testing activities, including requirements traceability, UAT planning and defect resolution.
- Ensure business requirements are clearly understood and translated into deliverable outcomes.
- Contribute to programme governance, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Demonstrable experience working as a Business Analyst on large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops and documenting business processes.
- Ability to create user stories, process flows and functional requirements documentation.
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting system implementation, migration or transformation projects.
Desirable
- Experience working within utilities, infrastructure, engineering or field-based operational environments.
- Previous involvement in Field Service Management (FSM), workforce management or mobile workforce transformation programmes.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Field Service, service management platforms or workforce scheduling solutions.
- Experience supporting user acceptance testing and business readiness activities.
- Understanding of customer operations, scheduling, dispatch or field engineering processes.
