The Role
This is a hands-on Digital Product/Business Analyst role sitting within the Digital Product team, reporting to the Head of Digital Product. The position is heavily delivery-focused, taking agreed product priorities and turning them into successfully launched digital features and improvements. Day-to-day, you'll gather detailed requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, manage Jira backlogs, coordinate Agile delivery, oversee QA and UAT, support release management, and act as the first point of contact for site issues and bug triage. It's an ideal role for someone who enjoys being close to delivery rather than focusing purely on product strategy.

The Person

The ideal candidate will come from a retail or eCommerce environment with experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Digital Project Manager. They'll be confident gathering requirements, running workshops, writing user stories, managing Agile ceremonies, and working closely with developers and business stakeholders. Experience with QA, UAT, Jira, and Confluence is essential, alongside a strong understanding of digital commerce platforms, customer journeys, and website functionality. They are looking for someone who is proactive, highly organized, technically curious, and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced digital environment.
