Programme Delivery Business Analyst
9-Month Fixed-Term Contract circa 53k
Join a major business transformation programme
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of a large-scale digital transformation initiative. The organisation is implementing a broad portfolio of technology projects designed to modernise core business systems, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the way data is managed across the business.
The programme includes the implementation of new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms covering Finance, HR, Payroll and Procurement, alongside the introduction of a modern Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. These systems will replace legacy applications, improve automation, create a single source of business and customer information, and provide improved reporting and business intelligence.
As these platforms are closely integrated, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring business requirements are understood, documented, and translated into effective technology solutions.
Salary: Approximately £53,000 per annum
Location: London / Hybrid working (typically 1–2 days per week in the office, with flexibility available for the right candidate)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: 9-Month Fixed-Term Contract

About the Role
Working as part of the programme delivery team, you will act as the link between operational stakeholders and technical delivery teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
You will work closely with programme managers, subject matter experts, and key business stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, document current and future processes, and support the successful delivery of both CRM and ERP solutions.
The role also involves contributing to business process design, creating process maps, assisting with system and user acceptance testing, supporting pre-go-live activities, and helping ensure solutions meet business objectives.
This position would suit a Business Analyst who is comfortable working in fast-paced transformation programmes and can quickly build an understanding of business operations while managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Produce process maps and business documentation using recognised analysis techniques.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Support solution design by working closely with technical teams and vendors.
- Assist with system testing, user acceptance testing and pre-deployment activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Support change delivery by ensuring business requirements remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and Experience
Essential
- At least two years' experience working as a Business Analyst within technology or business transformation programmes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working within Agile, Scrum and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Ability to convert business requirements into clear technical and functional specifications.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including experience using Visio to create process flows and business documentation.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Desirable
- Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation or technology implementation projects.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Experience working with stakeholders across functions such as Finance, Sales, Marketing or HR.
- Familiarity with Microsoft collaboration and project management tools including Teams, Project, Planner and Visio.
