About the Role
This role will act as a bridge between the SMT, and key business stakeholders to the IT department. The post holder will act as an agent for change and help drive technical innovation and process change with a focus on system development and improvement. There may be a need for some involvement in process change and improvement. This role is primarily based in the London HQ but will require occasional travel to other Fairview Health sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements
- Mapping business processes
- Identifying areas for improvements
- Documenting systems
- Producing technical requirements documents for the IT Team
- Define and monitor success factors for business improvement

Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Data Analysis
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Scrum or Waterfall
- Stakeholder management
- Ability to convert requirement into technical development specifications
- Meeting/Workshop facilitation skills
- Analytical thinking
Qualifications & Experience
- Lean Six Sigma or other project management skills would be adventitious
- Must have previous experience in a business analysis role
- Previous experience of liaising between business stakeholders and IT developers
Additional Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Willingness to travel between company sites as required
- Must be able to stay up to date with emerging technologies, methodologies, and regulatory standards
