Business Analyst
An innovative organisation in the social enterprise and property technology space is looking for a Business Analyst. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in all business analysis facets of large-scale change and technology programmes to shape associated business outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the formulation and development of end-to-end business solutions within a diverse change portfolio.
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Driving business goals by ensuring requirements are robustly elicited, validated, and documented.
- Improving existing business processes through mapping, artefact production, and change impact assessments.
- Overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions to ensure alignment between requirements and test scenarios.

What We're Looking For
- Demonstrable commercial experience working independently in a structured analysis environment.
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement, requirement elicitation, and capturing user stories.
- Proficiency in analysis techniques such as SWOT, PESTLE, and MoSCoW.
- Formal certification such as BCS Foundation or progress towards a BCS/ISEB Diploma.
- Legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
