About the Client
Our client is a leading specialist insurer undergoing a significant business and technology transformation. With multiple strategic initiatives running in parallel, they are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of several high-profile change programmes across the organisation.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a busy transformation function on an initial six-month contract. Working across multiple workstreams, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring requirements are captured, prioritised and successfully delivered. This is a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve quickly, so you'll need to be comfortable managing change while maintaining momentum across several projects.
Key initiatives include a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 overhaul and upgrade, alongside wider platform and system transformation programmes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
