Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Bristol (hybrid)
Day Rate: £400-£475pd
Peaple Talent have partnered with a leading services business who are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join the team.
The Role:
- Led workshops with Payroll, HR, Finance and operational stakeholders to capture and document requirements, analyse payroll processes, and identify opportunities for simplification and standardisation.
- Acted as the link between business stakeholders, implementation partners and technical teams, supporting Dayforce configuration, design reviews, process mapping, and the prioritisation of defects, enhancements and change requests.
- Manage and track requirements, actions, risks, issues and key decisions within JIRA.

The Candidate:
- Proven Business Analyst experience delivering large-scale HR, Payroll or HCM implementations, with strong UK payroll process knowledge and experience across platforms such as Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
- Strong data migration and integration experience, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, migration testing and payroll interfaces.
- Confident managing complex stakeholders and facilitating workshops, with strong documentation skills across requirements, process maps, user stories and test scenarios, alongside experience supporting UAT and parallel payroll testing.
