Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we use information to improve passenger experience, streamline operations, and support our sustainability goals. You’ll work within a collaborative team closely partnering with Product Managers, Product Owners, business stakeholders and others across the airport to turn complex data into actionable intelligence. Your work will help Heathrow make smarter, faster, and more customer-focused decisions every day.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working directly with Product Owners and business teams to understand their processes and identify opportunities for data-driven improvement.
- Analyzing Finance and HR data to uncover insights that inform product and process enhancements.
- Working collaboratively across the business to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and supports strategic goals.
- Translating analytical findings into clear recommendations that support Heathrow’s mission to deliver outstanding passenger experiences.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant governance, risk management and regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong understanding of business processes and how data supports decision-making.
- Experience working with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and curiosity to explore new data sources.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
Ideally you will have
- Background in data analytics, business intelligence, or product analysis.
- Experience in aviation or large-scale operational environments.

Working Location
Our Hybrid working approach offers the opportunity for colleagues in some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow. Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process. You’ll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
