Succession Wealth is one of the UK's leading, independent financial planning and wealth management businesses with a national network of Wealth Advisors and support teams providing holistic, independent wealth management and financial planning services. Now is a fantastic time to join Succession as we enter an exciting new phase of planned growth which will see our workforce and business develop and flourish even further.
We’re seeking a Business Analyst to join our change and transformation team, supporting the end‑to‑end delivery of initiatives across the organisation. This is a role combining hands‑on project delivery with high‑quality business analysis. You’ll work across multiple initiatives, adapting your approach to suit both Waterfall and Agile environments, while ensuring change is delivered in line with our Change Framework.
Working closely with Senior Project Managers, business stakeholders and technology teams, you’ll take ownership of defined projects or workstreams from initiation through to delivery. Alongside this, you’ll play a key role in understanding business needs, defining requirements and supporting successful implementation.
The Opportunity
- Managing projects or workstreams end‑to‑end, from initiation to handover.
- Building and maintaining project plans, schedules and delivery artefacts across multiple initiatives.
- Eliciting, analysing and documenting business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Applying the most appropriate delivery approach (Agile or Waterfall) based on the needs of each piece of work.
- Supporting testing, UAT and implementation, including documentation and training materials.
- Analysing processes and data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Actively managing risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions, escalating where required.
- Producing clear, accurate status updates for Senior Project Managers and stakeholders.
- Supporting cost tracking, forecasting and benefits delivery where needed.
- Supporting prioritisation and agreement of requirements, keeping desired outcomes and benefits in focus.
- Producing current‑state and future‑state process models.
- Translating business requirements into functional delivery artefacts working with technology and operational teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
