Work Pattern: Hybrid
Travel Requirements: Mostly Remote - Travel to customer and Mastek offices as required

About the Role
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Analyst to lead business analysis efforts within a team. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, capturing evidence, and driving data-driven decisions to support the organisation's objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, leadership qualities, and a deep understanding of business processes and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements to meet the needs of a multidisciplinary team.
- Collaborating with senior management and stakeholders to identify business needs and support the team in developing effective solutions.
- Driving process improvements and operational efficiencies by analysing current processes and recommending enhancements.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Overseeing the execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring that solutions meet business needs.
- Presenting findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
- Staying informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies that could impact the organisation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, with a proactive attitude.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others and gain buy-in.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Experience with project and product management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, JIRA, Confluence).
- Experience working in a regulated environment (healthcare domain is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
