Business Analyst - Consultant
Location: London / Hybrid
Salary: £50,000-£55,000
Security Clearance: SC eligibility preferred
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join one of the world's leading change and transformation consultancies. Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activity across technology-enabled client engagements.
- Run stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements sessions with confidence.
- Translate business problems into clear requirements, process maps, and delivery-ready outputs.
- Support broader consulting work across discovery, analysis, and client-facing delivery.
- Contribute to high-quality engagement outcomes on complex transformation programmes.

Candidate Profile / Technical Skillset
- 2-5 years in a consulting firm, ideally with a technology or transformation focus.
- Demonstrable BA experience across multiple client engagements, not just isolated project support.
- Broad consulting background, with exposure to PMO, project, data, or business consulting work.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Eligible for SC clearance, with a strong academic profile and a polished consulting presence.
