Role: Business Analyst

This role has been established to support analysis across a range of LIMOSS market services. The change team manage and deliver market change for both LIMOSS owned market services and third-party services in which we have an interest. This role covers business process and support of technical requirements as part of the project lifecycle. The LIMOSS organisational structure is such that this individual is required to switch between an analysis and delivery role as dictated by demand (pan-services). This role would be suited to self-starting individuals who likes to solve problems and drive outcomes alongside PMs – some experience of the insurance market and systems would be preferable but not essential – we are more interested in evidence of capability and skill set as opposed to direct experience. Note this is more a mid-range role with salary range up to £50k p.a. plus bonus and benefits.

Staff

No Direct reports – we work in a matrix structure, but the role requires an ability to manage across change where support is required. PMs will manage BA.

External

Linkage to number of vendor organisations as appropriate and will be expected to support analysis of various service backlogs and support vendor /internal design documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
