What You Would Do

- Gathering and documenting business and data requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments
- Mapping current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Analyzing existing systems and proposing solutions that align with business objectives
- Creating clear specifications, user stories, and process documentation using industry-standard tools such as BPMN and UML
- Supporting system implementations and change initiatives by managing stakeholder expectations and communications
- Conducting data quality assessments and defining data requirements for new initiatives
- Collaborating with technical teams to translate business needs into system design and development priorities

What You Could Bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
- Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping
- Demonstrated ability to conduct stakeholder management and communicate complex information clearly
- Proficiency in systems analysis and translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Strong working knowledge of process documentation methodologies such as BPMN and UML
- Familiarity with financial analysis, data quality analysis, or process improvement methodologies
- Competence with data analysis tools and technologies such as SQL, Excel, and Power BI
- Technical awareness in areas such as cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), APIs, microservices, or CI/CD practices
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom
