Business Analyst – AI & Automation (Hybrid – Gatwick)
Join a leading regulated organisation on a high-impact AI, Automation and Digital Transformation programme. This permanent, hybrid role offers the chance to shape technology-enabled change, work with cutting-edge tools and deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery workshops and engage stakeholders to uncover business needs and AI opportunities.
- Analyse and document requirements using Agile methods – user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps.
- Identify and champion AI-driven automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Support business case development, benefits realisation and UAT activities.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Data Specialists and Automation Engineers.
- Drive Agile delivery – backlog refinement, sprint planning and continuous stakeholder communication.
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the change lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven Business Analyst experience delivering technology-enabled change.
- Strong background in Agile delivery environments.
- Excellent requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and workshop facilitation abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to evaluate technology solutions and identify improvement opportunities.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities independently.
Desirable Skills
- Direct experience delivering AI, automation, data or digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, AI services or Intelligent Automation.
- Experience within regulated or complex organisational settings.
- BCS, IIBA or equivalent Business Analysis certification.
