Business Analyst - Consultant

Location: London
Salary: £50,000–£55,000

A leading global transformation consultancy is expanding its Business Analysis capability and is looking for ambitious consultants who want to build their career in technology-enabled transformation.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing consulting team delivering complex change programmes across a range of industries. You’ll work directly with clients, helping to shape business requirements, improve processes and ensure technology solutions deliver measurable value.

The role is ideal for someone who has started their consulting career within a management or technology consultancy and has gained hands-on Business Analysis experience across multiple client engagements.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops
  • Documenting business processes and designing AS-IS / TO-BE models
  • Creating user stories, functional requirements and process documentation
  • Working closely with technical delivery teams across Agile programmes
  • Supporting business transformation and digital change initiatives
  • Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring successful solution delivery

What we’re looking for

  • 2–4 years’ experience within a consulting environment
  • Proven experience delivering Business Analysis work on technology-focused projects
  • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • A background in management consulting, digital transformation or technology consulting is highly desirable
