About the Company

The Business Analyst supports the design and delivery of value-driven transformation by combining structured business analysis with practical business change and service management awareness.

About the Role

The role helps define business and user needs, supports service design and transition activity, and ensures change is translated into clear requirements, workable processes, and measurable service outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Experience in business analysis, business change, or service improvement activity
  • Good understanding of requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder engagement
  • Awareness of service management concepts, including service design, service transition, and service performance
  • Familiarity with workshops, interviews, and document analysis
  • Experience working in public sector, secure, or complex delivery environments is desirable
  • Able to interpret evidence and translate it into practical outputs
