About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that project requirements are accurately captured, analyzed, and translated into actionable specifications. You will work closely with clients, product managers, and development teams within an Agile environment to deliver high-quality digital products. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and inclusivity. Your ability to listen carefully, challenge requirements constructively, and facilitate stakeholder engagement will be key to your success. Qualifications

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital delivery environments. A strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle is essential. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in capturing and analyzing user needs through workshops, interviews, and other techniques is required. A background in business process modeling, use case development, and writing clear and concise requirements (functional and non-functional) is highly desirable. Knowledge of Agile Scrum practices and delivering software in an iterative manner will be advantageous. A genuine interest in technology, coupled with a pragmatic approach to project management, will help you thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand and document business requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications.
  • Challenge and refine requirements to ensure they align with project objectives and organizational goals.
  • Operate within Agile delivery teams, performing typical Business Analyst duties such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story creation.
  • Write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria to facilitate effective development and testing processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the delivery team, clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, providing updates, presenting solutions, and gathering feedback.
  • Participate in workshops, structured interviews, and other techniques to capture user needs and business processes.
  • Use modeling techniques such as Business Process Modeling and Use Case diagrams to visualize and analyze requirements.
  • Assist in analyzing business and product data through SWOT, MOST, or similar frameworks to inform decision-making.
  • Support the testing process by ensuring requirements are correctly implemented and meet acceptance criteria.
