We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Digital Office
In this role, you will work as part of a team to deliver detailed business designs, processes and functional requirements that support business needs.
You will support small to medium-sized and moderately complex change initiatives, and work with stakeholders and colleagues to understand challenges, identify opportunities and deliver high-quality solutions within agreed timescales.
About The Role
- Deliver business analysis across multiple change initiatives of small to medium size and complexity.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders and project teams to investigate operational issues, challenges and opportunities.
- Identify effective and efficient solutions through improvements to information, technology, processes or organisational structures.
- Work with stakeholders to define the scope, priorities and expected benefits of change.
- Select and use appropriate techniques to gather and understand business requirements.
- Analyse processes and data to identify potential options and recommendations.
- Create models that clearly illustrate current processes and desired future scenarios.
- Document business requirements, maintaining traceability and following agreed standards, methods and tools.
- Define user acceptance tests to help ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Contribute to the wider analysis practice by sharing your ideas, knowledge and experience.

About You
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. An understanding of business analysis techniques, tools and standards.
- A good understanding of business structures and key business principles.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. The ability to manage your own workload while supporting colleagues.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skill
