Business Analyst – Healthcare | Outside IR35 | 6 Months
We're recruiting on behalf of a major UK life sciences organisation for a Business Analyst to join a high-profile participant data and consent management programme.
This is a deep, traditional BA role; process- and detail-oriented, suited to someone who thrives in a governance and policy-heavy environment and can build a robust requirements set independently.
What you'll be doing:
- Documenting current ("as-is") business processes and policies across multiple participant groups
- Identifying and sizing pain points and risk in existing processes
- Spotting gaps and inconsistencies across different operational cohorts
- Recommending process and policy improvements and alignment opportunities
- Translating findings into clear, functional business requirements for a target-state model

What we're looking for:
- A traditional, process-driven business analyst background
- Healthcare sector experience is essential
- Comfortable working within governance and policy-heavy environments
- Strong, independent requirements-gathering skills
Contract details:
- Outside IR35
- Start date: 5 October
- Location: Predominantly remote - travel to London office once to twice per month
- Initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance
- Rate: £450-500 per day
