Senior Business Analyst | Loan Management Platform Transformation
Yorkshire | 1 day per week | Outside IR35 - Up to £500 per day
We're supporting a leading Financial Services organisation undertaking a major Loan Management Platform transformation and are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join an established programme mid-delivery.
This role requires a hands-on BA with strong lending domain expertise who can quickly understand the current landscape, work closely with third-party suppliers and help drive the successful implementation of a new lending platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and clarify business requirements
- Support supplier solution validation and requirements refinement
- Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders
- Coordinate and support SIT and UAT activities
- Manage defects through to successful resolution
- Support deployment, operational readiness and business adoption
- Assist with process mapping and SOP development
- Ensure regulatory and operational obligations are fully understood and delivered

Required Experience
- Proven Business Analysis experience within Financial Services
- Experience implementing Loan Management Systems or Lending Platforms
- Strong understanding of Loan Servicing and Lending Operations
- Experience within Consumer Lending, Retail Banking, Specialist Lending or Asset Finance
- Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Understanding of relevant financial services regulatory requirements
